Getting Started as a Creator
Set up your creator profile on sub.games and start publishing games.
This guide walks you through setting up your creator account on sub.games.
Sign Up
- Go to sub.games and sign in with your X (Twitter) account.
- Complete the onboarding flow to set up your creator profile.
Once you've signed in, you'll have access to the creator dashboard at sub.games/publish.
Set Up Your Profile
Your creator profile is your public page at sub.games/@username. Configure it from the dashboard:
- Display Name — how players see you
- Bio — tell players who you are and what kind of games you make
- Profile Image — your avatar, pulled from your X account by default
- Cover Image — the banner at the top of your profile page
Set Your Pricing
Before publishing paid content, set up your subscription tiers:
- Supporter — set a monthly price between $3 and $8 (annual pricing is calculated automatically)
- Founder — fixed at $150/year
Free subscriptions don't require any pricing setup — players just need an email to subscribe at the free tier.
Connect Stripe
To receive payouts from paid subscriptions, connect your Stripe account:
- Go to your dashboard settings
- Click "Connect Stripe"
- Complete the Stripe onboarding
The platform takes a 20% fee on paid subscriptions. You receive the remaining 80% through Stripe.
